Self-Pay Rates
Initial Lactation Consult // $395 home / $295 office / $225 telehealth
Follow-Up Lactation Consult // $275 home & office / $150 telehealth
Foundations of Feeding (prenatal) // $250 office / $175 telehealth
Flange Fitting/Pump & Bottle Consult/Triage // $110 office / telehealth: $85
Travel Fees
Home visit travel fees apply for insurance-covered & single-session self-pay families. They range from $95-$125 depending on distance from our West Hollywood office. If you have questions about travel fees or would like to come to the office to avoid a travel fee, please email sherelyn@immala.com.

$105 — range 5-7 miles
$115 — range 8-10 miles
$125— range 10+ miles
