Prenatal

Preparation is the first act of nurturing

Learning to feed your baby begins long before they’re in your arms. Prenatal education gives you the foundation — helping you understand what’s normal, what to expect, and how to start with confidence.

When that preparation is paired with steady, compassionate support after your baby arrives, you’re not left guessing or overwhelmed. Instead, you move through postpartum feeling informed, supported, & deeply confident in your ability to nourish your baby.

IMMA Whole-Journey Lactation Care

Most lactation care is structured around one-off sessions. Mine is structured around the journey. From the first latch to the moments no one prepares you for, this is continuous, one-on-one support designed to move with you — not around insurance limits, not inside billing windows, not bound to a single appointment. This package is built for dyads & families who care about how their feeding journey unfolds, with steady, compassionate guidance before baby arrives, and across the early weeks & months.

Three months of hands-on, personalized support to gently guide you through infant feeding, help you find a rhythm that feels right for your family, & confidently support your baby’s growth & development. Thoughtful, responsive, respectful care.
